Any contractor employing 20 people or more than 20 people must obtain the license within 30 days. A photocopy of the documents must be attached to the personal application and the scanned documents must be uploaded when submitting an online application. Keep all documents in scanned form such as JPEG, GIF and PDF so that they can be uploaded to the website during the online application. Xerox copies must be attached to the personal submission. The Ministry of Labour of the Government of Maharashtra offers the user an online way to request the re-registration of the contract work license. The user can read the instructions and fill out the form. The online service is provided by the government to save the user time. The portal is available in two languages: English and Marathi; The user can select any of the preferred languages.
