All subscription purchases are subject to this Agreement and any additional terms and conditions, including fees charged by your financial service provider and/or mobile service provider. You are solely responsible for reviewing the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy or other terms that govern your use of the services provided by your financial service provider and/or mobile service provider. By providing a payment method as part of a subscription, you authorize TIDAL to charge the full cost of that subscription and agree to be responsible for all overseas transaction fees associated with your subscription purchase. If any fees for which you are responsible fail at the time of payment, you may be responsible for all costs associated with TIDAL`s efforts to recover amounts due in accordance with applicable laws. You represent and promise us that all information you provide in connection with the purchase of a Subscription is true, accurate and complete. The duration and cost of subscriptions will be determined by TIDAL in its sole discretion. When you purchase a subscription, you will first be charged for the plan that was in place at the time of your initial subscription agreement. If the subscription price increases later, we will notify you in writing before the end of the billing period in which the change is made.
